The company’s portfolio includes three types of retail centers—neighborhood, community and regional. Neighborhood centers are carefully integrated into the fabric of villages and serve the daily shopping and service needs of residents. Community centers, which are larger and usually include specialty shops generally benefit several villages. Regional centers, such as , offer a wider variety of specialty shops as well as department stores and are located near freeways and major roads for easy access to consumers from across Orange County.
