Director, National Accounts
The Director of National Accounts leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. The Director of National Accounts is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Director of National Accounts represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Director of National Accounts focus on the headquarters and key buying locations of assigned accounts, while coordinating closely with field associates assigned to these customers’ other locations. West Coast Senior Sales Manager
This position is responsible to network with potential guests to solicit business, manage existing accounts, and work to maintain a loyal customer base. Provide exceptional customer service while striving to achieve or exceed sales goals and ensure that sales activities/ bookings are focused to yield maximum profitability. See Job Duties
Senior Catering Sales Manager – Corporate Events
The Sr. Manager, Catering Sales will manage the revenue based goal, service the programs, as well as organize and coordinate all aspects of events utilizing the Catering and Conference Services departments. Works with the management team from all related departments to monitor events and customer service and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Provides leadership in the absence of the Director. Primary focus will be on developing and expanding revenues in the Corporate and Non- Profit business sector.
