Fashion Island has announced that Carrol Boyes Functional Art has opened its first west coast store at the coastal shopping center, offering a wide assortment of contemporary fine gifts, home décor and accessories.
Carrol Boyes is a distinguished South African designer specializing in innovative, modern and whimsical designs for the home, kitchen and office, as well as an array of elegant gifts. For over 20 years, the artisans at Carrol Boyes Functional Art have used the highest quality lead-free pewter, aluminum and stainless steel, in combination with leather and wood, to create stylish and distinctive tableware, accessories and furniture that are both useful and beautiful to own.
Carrol Boyes has a dynamic range of more than 1,000 exclusive lifestyle products, and the Fashion Island store showcases a wide assortment of the collection, including ceramics, glassware, flatware, cutlery, vases, serving ware and other pieces for entertaining, jewelry, desk accessories and home décor. It also sells a limited edition of African artisan products from MonkeyBiz, a non-profit foundation founded by Carol Boyes and her partner to benefit native women and their families.
