Cloninger Honored As Irvine Ranch Sales Person Of Month

A sales agent for California Pacific Homes’ Cortile neighborhood in Woodbury, Debbie Cloninger has been involved in new-home sales for nearly 20 years. Her passion for the place and for the homebuyers with whom she works has earned her the prestigious Irvine Ranch Sales Person of the Month Award for November!

“Every day, I’m helping people make their residential dreams come true in one of the best communities in the country,” Cloninger said. “What could be better than that? It’s an honor to work on The Irvine Ranch®, and I am especially honored to receive this award among the many fine sales people now selling homes at all the different Irvine Ranch neighborhoods.”

The bulk of Cloninger’s experience is centered on The Irvine Ranch. Her outstanding knowledge and expertise—plus an enthusiastic “can-do” attitude— is invaluable to homebuyers purchasing at Cortile.

“I enjoy geting homeshoppers in the process and help them discover their own passions for their particular homes,” she said. “Now is really a great time to consider buying a home in Woodbury – especially with today’s low interest rate and great home selections. The value of a home purchase on The Irvine Ranch just gets better over the long term.”

Cloninger, who has been an employee of California Pacific Homes for more than 14 years, describes the award-winning village of Woodbury as “Divine! Woodbury is the total package.”

“Woodbury’s residential variety, all the parks and resort-like amenities and even the way the streets are designed — it all adds up to an exceptional ambiance,” she said. “I like to see how residents take advantage of this place, walking the trails and enjoying everything that Woodbury has to offer, including the conveniently close Woodbury Town Center. Many people are moving from other parts of Irvine to become residents of this exceptional village.”

Cloninger, who keeps in touch with many of her buyers and often assists repeat buyers who seek her out, said that she has been amazed and delighted to watch how their families have evolved and home much they enjoy living on The Irvine Ranch.

“Highlighted by incredible community planning, The Irvine Ranch has become a special place to live, as well as a true destination for recreation, shopping, dining, entertainment, and business,” she said. “I tell the people who are looking for homes here today, ‘Just imagine what it will be like 10, 20 or 30 years from now.’ It just keeps getting better!”

With only one visit, homeshoppers can experience what makes the village of Woodbury so wonderfully unique. Honored as Best Master-Planned Community of the Year by four major homebuilding industry association groups, Woodbury is the kind of friendly, hometown village that makes families want to move in—and stay forever! Much of the appeal of Woodbury is its multitude of diverse parks and recreation areas, such as the newly opened Woodland Garden Park, an inviting spot with an open play lawn, picnic area and children’s play equipment, including a fabulous tunnel slide!

The Commons is Woodbury’s 30-acre central gathering area, encompassing the new state-of-the-art Woodbury Elementary School (part of the renowned Irvine Unified School District), the 10-acre Woodbury Community Park (a City of Irvine public park), and The Club at The Commons.

The Club is the resort-like, residents-only facility offering everything under the sun — or shade — for outdoor enjoyment and community socializing. Facilities include a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, which is home to the Woodbury Waves swim team, a lagoon pool with an inviting water garden and wading pool accessed via a “beach” entry, and a fun-for-all-ages resort pool and spa with cabanas and barbecues.

Additionally, The Club has a lighted basketball court with gated entry, four lighted tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, sunny courtyards and other social seating areas, an outdoor fireplace, and two multi-purpose buildings that residents can use for private gatherings.

Woodbury residents can walk, ride their bikes or drive to Woodbury Town Center, where a wide range of stores, restaurants and services await. Close-to-home shopping, dining and entertainment on a larger scale is available at Irvine Spectrum Center® and The Market Place.
