Come Visit Portola Springs for Next Weekend’s Fall Festival

Fall into a pumpkin patch of fun and a wonderful new family-oriented lifestyle at next weekend’s Fall Festival in the Irvine village of Portola Springs®.

Residents and homeshoppers alike are invited for a day of fun and surprises next Saturday, October 27th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Portola Springs’ Lomas Valley Park. Activities for all ages will include pumpkin decorating, face painting, a balloon artist, games, refreshments, entertainment and more.

Youngsters are encouraged to wear their costumes for trick-or-treating at all 10 Portola Springs sales offices, where moms and dads can sneak a peek at the village’s wonderful selection of new homes.

“This is a fun way for Portola Springs residents to get together with their neighbors and for prospective homebuyers to experience the village’s housing variety, abundance of open space, wonderful amenities and unique sense of community,” said Suzanne Maddalon, senior director of marketing and research for Irvine Community Development Company LLC, an affiliate of The Irvine Company LLC.

Adding to the day’s excitement, attendees can enter at Lomas Valley Park and each sales office they visit for a chance to win one of five $100 Preferred Gift Cards. The cards are redeemable at Fashion Island®, Irvine Spectrum Center® and The Market Place, three of Orange County’s premier shopping, dining and entertainment destinations and all located only moments from Portola Springs.

Participating Portola Springs neighborhoods will include:

VIENTOS: California Pacific Homes’ classic detached courtyard homes are sized from approximately 975 to 1,405 square feet, with up to three bedrooms and two and one-half baths.

SAN CARLOS: William Lyon Homes’ attached townhomes and condominiums feature up to three bedrooms and three baths in approximately 1,040 to 1,617 square feet.

SENDERO: John Laing Homes’ stylish two- and three-story townhomes feature up to three bedrooms and three and one-half baths in approximately 1,312 to 2,106 square feet.

DECADA: California Pacific Homes’ detached courtyard homes include up to three bedrooms and two and one-half baths in approximately 1,437 to 1,750 square feet.

BOUGAINVILLEA: KB Home’s two-story detached homes offer up to four bedrooms and two and one-half baths in approximately 1,670 to 2,260 square feet.

PALOMA: Brookfield Homes’ distinctive paired and detached homes are sized from approximately 1,723 to 2,530 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and four and one-half baths.

LOS ARBOLES: Taylor Woodrow Homes’ dynamic two-story single-family paired homes offer up to four bedrooms and three baths in approximately 2,003 to 2,382 square feet.
