Fall into a pumpkin patch of fun and a wonderful new family-oriented lifestyle at next weekend’s Fall Festival in the Irvine village of Portola Springs®.

Residents and homeshoppers alike are invited for a day of fun and surprises next Saturday, October 27th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Portola Springs’ Lomas Valley Park. Activities for all ages will include pumpkin decorating, face painting, a balloon artist, games, refreshments, entertainment and more.

Youngsters are encouraged to wear their costumes for trick-or-treating at all 10 Portola Springs sales offices, where moms and dads can sneak a peek at the village’s wonderful selection of new homes.

“This is a fun way for Portola Springs residents to get together with their neighbors and for prospective homebuyers to experience the village’s housing variety, abundance of open space, wonderful amenities and unique sense of community,” said Suzanne Maddalon, senior director of marketing and research for Irvine Community Development Company LLC, an affiliate of The Irvine Company LLC.

Adding to the day’s excitement, attendees can enter at Lomas Valley Park and each sales office they visit for a chance to win one of five $100 Preferred Gift Cards.
