CUCINA Enoteca Will Open At Irvine Spectrum Center In Fall, 2011

Irvine Spectrum Center has announced a third new restaurant that will open at the center in 2011. Urban Kitchen Group will open CUCINA Enoteca, a California-inspired Italian kitchen and wine shop with a loyal following at its acclaimed sister location in San Diego. CUCINA Enoteca will open in Fall 2011, following summer openings of the recently announced Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill and Capital, a popular Chinese dim sum and seafood restaurant.

CUCINA Enoteca will evoke a modern kitchen coupled with the history and comfort of an old rustic country farmhouse. The restaurant will feature Italian classics made with the freshest local produce, and organic and sustainable ingredients. Whether dining traditionally or ‘family style’, guests will enjoy favorites such as Stuffed Fried Squash Blossoms, Ricotta Gnudi, Braised Black Cod and Veal Piccata.

An extensive wine list with retail pricing, along with artisan beer and house-made infused liquors will also be offered.
CUCINA Enoteca will occupy 6,245 square feet of the former 25,000 square foot Fox Sports Grill, and feature a 2,200 square foot patio that will overlook a recently opened courtyard. The new people space offers shaded soft seating for visitors to relax, while enjoying a beautiful 40 ft. ficus tree and nearby fountains.

In addition, popular specialty retailer Charlotte Russe will open a new concept store at Irvine Spectrum Center in Summer, 2011. The 5,764 square foot store will be located near Dave & Buster’s and showcase a modern look and feel with fashion-forward collections of apparel and accessories that cater to style-savvy fashionistas in their teens and twenties.
