Fashion Island has announced that two exclusive new stores, Carrol Boyes Functional Art and The Newport Colony Company, will open at the coastal shopping center this spring and summer, respectively.
“Fashion Island continues to bring unique new stores to the community,” said Tanya Thomas, Senior General Manager of Fashion Island. “Both companies are known for their wide assortment of fine gifts and home décor and accessories and will be terrific additions to Fashion Island.”
Opening this spring at Fashion Island is the first west coast store for Carrol Boyes, a well known South African designer specializing in innovative, contemporary designs for the home, kitchen and office, as well as an array of elegant gifts. For nearly 20 years, the artisans at Carrol Boyes Functional Art have used the highest quality lead-free pewter, aluminum and stainless steel, in combination with leather and wood, to create stylish and distinctive tableware, accessories and furniture that are both useful and beautiful to own.
Carrol Boyes has a dynamic range of more than 1,000 exclusive lifestyle products, and the Fashion Island store will showcase a wide assortment of the collection, including ceramics, glassware, flatware, cutlery, vases, serving ware and other pieces for entertaining, jewelry, desk accessories and home décor. The store will be located adjacent to the koi pond at Fashion Island.
Opening this summer, The Newport Colony Company will feature a selection of exquisite home furnishings from throughout the world, one-of-a-kind accessories and décor, jewelry, bath products, candles and other fine gifts. A sister store to local favorite The Laguna Colony Company in Laguna Beach, the new Fashion Island store will have eclectic items such as Italian pottery and tabletop by Vietri and Mariposa; scented candles by Voluspa, Trapp and Aquiesse; and jewelry by local and world renowned designers including Energy Muse, which is worn by celebrities Heidi Klum, David Beckham, Ryan Secrest and many others. The store will be located in Nordstrom Court.
As Orange County’s premier coastal shopping and dining experience, Fashion Island features specialty boutiques, world-class department stores and a wide assortment of restaurants and cafes. Visited by more than 13 million people annually, Fashion Island offers a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere that is distinctively Southern California.
