Full-service, high-quality butcher shop The Butchery set to open at Crystal Cove Shopping Center

The upscale concept specializing in high-quality meats is poised to open its third O.C. location this fall

NEWPORT COAST, Calif. (March 2016) – The Butchery, a full-service butcher shop specializing in high-quality meats, will open its third Orange County location at Crystal Cove Shopping Center this fall.

The Butchery will carry top choice and prime beef, grass-fed beef, all natural pork and poultry as well as charcuterie and a variety of hand-cut to order artisan cheeses. Specialty meats like dry-aged beef and wagyu as well as exotics like bison and venison will also be offered, along with locally made sausages, ground beef prepared in house and a full deli case. The shop will have a large selection of popular in-house marinated meats for grilling as well.

The Butchery sources its meats from the finest farms, ranches and purveyors in the west. All meats can be hand-cut to order and prepared to your specifications by skilled butchers.

The Butchery’s most popular cuts, including its ribeye and filet, and house-marinated steak tips and chicken, have developed a cult-like following with customers traveling in regularly from L.A.

The Butchery’s Crystal Cove location will also carry a vast selection of hard-to-find craft beers and a high-end selection of wines, all selected by its knowledgeable staff.

The shop is slated to open in fall 2016 and will be located at 8058 East Coast Highway in Newport Beach.
