A new vibe is coming to Irvine, and you can be a part of it by attending the end-of-July grand opening of the model homes at Celadon in the brand new village of Woodbury East in Irvine.
“Woodbury East has definitely created a buzz this summer!” said Suzanne Maddalon, senior director of marketing and research for Irvine Community Development Company LLC, an affiliate of The Irvine Company LLC. “This intimate village invites homeshoppers to embrace an authentic community design that’s unique to the City of Irvine. Woodbury East is also near all the things that make Orange County such an extraordinary place to live.”
Highlighted by an ultra-convenient, heart-of-Irvine location off Sand Canyon Avenue and Trabuco Road, Woodbury East is already earning a reputation as “such a cool little place to call home.”
“Woodbury East will promote village life with its appealing integration of exciting new homes and inviting outdoor environments that naturally draw residents together,” Maddalon said. “With a design that encourages neighborly interaction every day, residents will enjoy a very positive social chemistry.”
Homes will be surrounded by beautiful gardens and courtyards, with sidewalks and paseos leading to various places within this extraordinary village.
The center of it all will be The Palm Club, a 3.45-acre park with a Junior Olympic-sized resort pool, wading pool, spa, fitness room, full basketball court, tennis court, barbecue area, picnic tables, shade structure, and tot lot. Additionally, a community room with kitchen will be perfect for community special events and private parties.
Three neighborhood parks will provide more outdoor spaces to gather and play, including a three-lane lap pool, wading pool, tot lot, barbecue/picnic areas, play lawns, and shade structures.
“Having places to be active and meet your neighbors on an everyday basis will be part of the appeal of Woodbury East,” Maddalon said. “This new village will be unlike any other!”
Celadon, by John Laing Homes, will celebrate its end-of-July grand opening with the unveiling of five fully furnished model homes that set the tone for Woodbury East’s intimate village atmosphere.
This spirited neighborhood is an innovative and dynamic townhome collection, offering five floorplans in four different building types. Home interiors range from approximately 1,594 to 1,782 square feet.
“Come out soon to tour the Celadon models and get a feel for the overall character of Woodbury East,” Maddalon said. “Once you see it, this is the place you’ll want to live.”
Envisioned with approximately 617 homes, Woodbury East will hum with its own special energy, like a vibrant new club that feels both hip and comforting. Singles, young couples and youthful families will feel right at home amid the community’s townhomes and detached courtyard homes designed for the way they like to live and entertain.
Two more Woodbury East neighborhoods are scheduled to unveil their model homes in the fall, as follows:
Sienna, by California Pacific Homes, will be highlighted by sophisticated detached courtyard home designs in a selection of four floorplans, with home interiors ranging from approximately 1,640 to 2,015 square feet.
Ivy, by William Lyon Homes, will be a distinctive offering of two-story townhomes, including one plan with dual master bedroom suites. The four floorplans will be sized from approximately 1,187 to 1,504 square feet, with two to three bedrooms.
Woodbury East is situated only moments from major employment centers and the bustling shopping/dining/entertainment destinations of Irvine Spectrum Center® and The Market Place. Woodbury Town Center is located just down the street for convenient shopping, dining and services.
Children who live in Woodbury East will also be a part of the highly acclaimed Irvine Unified School District. Woodbury Elementary School is nearing completion and scheduled to open this fall.
