Irvine Company opens Eastgate Summit, 65,000-square-foot office building with sweeping vistas

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (May 25, 2016) — Irvine Company Office Properties has opened Eastgate Summit, a 65,000-square-foot, three-story ‘next gen’ office building offering prominent visibility and sweeping vistas from above the 805 and 5 freeways.
Situated on one of the most visible hilltops in coastal San Diego in a private campus setting, Eastgate Summit offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean usually reserved for high rise office towers. The 22,000-square-foot, column-free floor plates feature oversized windows for exceptional daylighting. The five per 1,000-square-foot parking ratio is 25% higher than the industry standard to meet a diverse range of business needs.
Eastgate Summit also provides 20% more efficient space utilization based on its two levels of subterranean parking.
