Irvine Company set to welcome first Nob Hill Foods to Santa Clara
The full-service health and wellness grocer will offer natural and organic products, in addition to a coffee, wine and craft beer bar
SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Feb. 21, 2017) — Nob Hill Foods will be bringing its signature health and wellness offerings to Santa Clara as the anchor retail tenant at Monticello Apartment Homes, a new master-planned luxury apartment community.
The new store, which is owned and operated by parent company Raley’s Family of Fine Stores, will carry an assortment of prepared foods and fresh, high-quality meats and produce at affordable prices. It is slated to open in October 2017.

The 24,000-square-foot store will feature an extensive assortment of wholesome foods and specialty departments, including:
- Self-service salad bar with fresh offerings
- Expanded self-service prepared foods
- An enhance gathering area featuring gourmet coffee, wine and local craft beer, including indoor and outdoor café seating
- Oven fresh bakery and fresh deli, with fresh-baked breads and indulgent desserts, made-to-order sandwiches and paninis
- Full service meat and seafood, featuring Harris Ranch beef and fresh seafood
- Natural foods, with natural supplements and organic offerings
- Produce department, offering the best in fresh produce and organic produce

Nob Hill Foods will be at Monticello Apartment Homes, 3555 Monroe Street, in Santa Clara. The grocer will join other incoming tenants such as California Pizza Kitchen, Konjoe Burger Bar, Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe, Pressed Juicery and The Yellow Chilli.
