Irvine Spectrum Center Adds To Its Growing Collection Of Notable Restaurants

Del Frisco’s Grille and Brio Tuscan Grille are both set to open their first Orange County locations at Irvine Spectrum Center next year

IRVINE, Calif. (October 2013) – Irvine Company Retail Properties has signed leases with two notable new restaurants to open at Irvine Spectrum Center come fall 2014: Del Frisco’s Grille and Brio Tuscan Grille, both of which will be located in two new stand alone buildings near the Nordstrom parking structure on the 405 side of the center.  The two restaurant buildings will be situated amonst olive trees with a new valet configuration in the parking structure. The restaurant openings will come on the heels of The Improv’s new location and expansion for early 2014, which includes an Umami Burger as well.

“We’re excited to bring these two nationally-recognized restaurants to Irvine Spectrum Center,” said Stacie Ellis, senior director of marketing for Irvine Company Retail Properties. “These will be brand new restaurants that will be built at the center and will only further bolster Irvine Spectrum Center as a major dining and entertainment destination in Southern California.”

Del Frisco’s Grille is an award-winning restaurant known for its creative twists on American comfort classics with a modern American bar perfect for gathering around for a local beer and oven-baked flatbread or bottle of wine with a great steak. Slated to open in fall 2014, Del Frisco’s Grille will be 8,000-square-feet with a private dining room and 1,000 square-foot patio. The design of the Irvine Spectrum Center location will be unique as each Del Frisco’s Grille is built differently to reflect each distinct region. Information: delfriscosgrille.com

BRIO Tuscan Grille, also slated to open in fall 2014, is a polished casual restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The menu features premium quality steaks, chops seafood and made-to-order pastas, similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. BRIO’s philosophy is “to eat well, is to live well,” which is why they only use the finest and freshest ingredients. BRIO brings the pleasure of the Tuscan country villa to Irvine. BRIO will be 7,500 square-feet, with an additional 3,700 square-feet in outdoor patio space for al fresco dining.
