New Concept By Sbarro Opens In Fashion Island’s Atrium Cafes

Sbarro recently unveiled a new Italian concept restaurant in Fashion Island’s Atrium Cafes. This is the first west coast location (and only the third in the country) of their innovative restaurant, featuring a new look, new menu and a new way of creating their dishes.

Sbarro puts its cooking front and center, for everyone to see. Dishes are now prepared where guests can watch the entire process and see the high quality of the fresh ingredients being used. Customers will immediately notice the addition of a new create-your-own pasta station, where a sauté chef prepares fresh pasta to order.

Guests are invited to get creative by dreaming up their own dishes. They can combine any pasta, any sauce and any of the fresh toppings to make their favorite combinations. Or guests can enjoy classics such as Penne alla Vodka, Fettuccine Alfredo or Spaghetti Pomodoro. For anyone who isn’t in the mood for freshly made pasta, the new Sbarro will also offer their famous pizza fresh out of their brick ovens. Much like the pasta station, guests can now top their pizza in anyway they desire with everything from chicken and roasted peppers to caramelized onions and jalapeños.

Sbarro will continue their tradition of making their dough from scratch every morning for their freshly baked pizzas, strombolis and garlic breadsticks. Sbarro uses only the finest imported pastas and olive oils from Italy and the freshest locally sourced produce.

Sbarro Fashion Island can be reached at (949) 760-2520 and offers take out and catering services.
