Among the influx of notable openings: See’s Candie and California’s first Bonefish Grill restaurant
TUSTIN, Calif., Nov. 13, 2013 —The Market Place is adding several new retailers and restaurants to its mix.
Bonefish Grill, an award-winning seafood restaurant from Florida, opens its first California location this month. Bonefish Grill specializes in market-fresh fish cooked over a wood-burning grill and other wood-grilled dishes using seasonal ingredients and sustainably sourced seafood.
Iconic candy and chocolatier See’s Candies is also set to open its biggest shop to date, nearly double the size of any other See’s candy shop. The new Tustin location will feature not one, but two candy counters for quicker service. The 90-year-old company will continue to offer its beloved, old-fashioned confections made from scratch and without preservatives at their newest shop, complete with See’s signature black and white checkered floors and of course, where visitors still receive a piece of candy on the house.
Charming Charlie’s, a popular fashion accessories boutique, opened its second Orange County location in October.
G Burger, hailed as one of O.C.’s best burgers by food critics and bloggers alike, opened earlier this summer. Eight burgers are on the menu, all packing serious heft and flavor. All patties are 7-oz of 100% fresh Angus beef that’s never frozen. The White Truffle Burger is a favorite on the menu, with grilled Portobello mushrooms, roasted red bell peppers, Asiago cheese, garlic aioli and of course, white truffle oil.
A Sears Home Appliance showroom also debuted this summer next to Lowe’s, adding to the center’s collection of home-related retailers, including Barbeques Galore, Build a Sofa and Alcove Lighting.
