Irvine’s newest shopping center, Orchard Hills Village Center, has opened its first stores and restaurants. The 125,000 sq. ft. retail center is located at Portola Parkway and Culver Drive and features a casual, rustic elegance reminiscent of Tuscany.
Lilikoi, a women’s boutique with the hottest surf brands and fashion-forward lines; Peet’s Coffee & Tea; Chico’s, the popular national women’s apparel brand; and Family Optometry of Irvine have all opened. Opening soon are CVS/pharmacy, with a drive-through for convenient pick up of prescriptions; La Sirena Grill; Golden Spoon; Wells Fargo; Green Cleaners; Esprit Nail Spa; Johnnie’s New York – A Neighborhood Italian Restaurant; and Wachovia Bank.
Opening later this summer are Pavilions; Bellagio Spa & Salon; Ayame – Fine Japanese Cuisine by Zipangu; and Amore Dental. Slated for fall openings are Chevron and Zov’s Cafe, Bakery & Bar, a modified version of the popular Tustin bistro, featuring a Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner menu in a family-friendly casual atmosphere.
Orchard Hills Village Center features a variety of trees to enhance the center’s atmosphere, including tristanias, Italian cypresses, pepper trees, olive trees and eucalyptus windrows.
