Pastagina has opened its first Orange County location at Woodbury Town Center in Irvine. Pastagina is a casual Italian restaurant that uses the best ingredients and combines traditional culinary techniques with modern technology to provide a truly unique pasta experience.
Pastagina’s proprietary machines cook individual portions of spaghetti, penne or fusilli in two to three minutes, which results in the freshest made-to-order dishes. Customers can choose their pasta and 15 different gourmet sauces, resulting in 45 different possibilities.
Pastagina makes its sauces fresh daily, using traditional methods with natural ingredients like Italian olive oil, high quality Parmigiano cheese and local dairy products. The restaurant also uses no dried herbs, artificial flavors, preservatives, colorants, MSG or trans-fat.
