Explore the flavors of the season with fresh, local ingredients from the Irvine Ranch, as one of Pelican Hill’s chefs du cuisine leads a hands-on preparation course paired with wines. Discover the Resort’s unique Plein Air art collections, Palladian architecture and hundreds of mature olive trees every Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. from September 7 through November 16 during this 60-minute tour, completed with an olive tasting in the Great Room.
Camp Pelican Olive Harvest Activities
In celebration of the harvest season in October and November, the Resort’s children’s retreat, Camp Pelican, presents a series of special fall activities! Young guests will enjoy seasonal ?Olive Trees & Gelato Treats? tours, seed planting with tiny terra cotta pots, mini canvas painting and ?Olive Branch Story Time,? featuring the theme of peace.
