Sagami at The Crossroads Reopens After Expansion, Addition of Sushi Bar

Sagami Japanese Restaurant at The Crossroads has reopened after an extensive remodel. Sagami, celebrating 18 years in business, now features a cozy sushi bar as well as sit-down service and a take out counter.

Sagami specializes in authentic Japanese dishes and sushi. Following in the practice of high end sushi restaurants, owners Kenji and Reiko Inoue make a daily trek to Los Angeles to hand select the freshest fish for the day. Sagami serves traditional Japanese dishes such as Yakitori (grilled skewered teriyaki chicken), Japanese Vegetable Tempura, Sashimi Salad, Tofu Salad, Udon (Japanese noodle soup), Oyako Don (pan simmered chicken, onion and egg, served on rice in a bowl), and a variety of sashimi and sushi.

Sagami Japanese Restaurant is located in the center courtyard of The Crossroads shopping center at Culver Drive and Barranca Parkway.
