Short Stroll From The Arts And Shopping Of South Coast Metro, The Enclave Apartment Homes Welcomes First Residents

The Enclave at South Coast, the city’s first new significant rental community in 15 years, opened today a short stroll from South Coast Plaza, the Orange County Performing Arts Center and the South Coast Repertory.

It is the first apartment community in Orange County The Irvine Company has developed off the boundaries of the historic Irvine Ranch.

Gardner said The Irvine Company has watched with interest the maturation of the South Coast Metro area, and believes it’s an outstanding example of smart growth.

Costa Mesa Mayor Eric Bever said The Enclave’s opening marks an important step in South Coast Metro’s evolution. The 890 homes provide much needed, high-quality housing walking distance from many of the city’s most prominent employers, restaurants, arts venues and retail.
