Pelican Hill invites food enthusiasts and aspiring cooks to spend a relaxing Sunday exploring the flavors of spring, as one of the Resort’s chefs leads a hands-on course paired with wines. Each class in the series features a distinct menu, as follows:

Children may opt for grill fare or the ever-popular "Coliseum Kids" menu with endless pizza, pasta and gelato for just $10. Enjoy sparkling seasonal flower-inspired beverages, created with the flavors of spring and some with edible floral garnishes! Mother’s Day at Andrea Ristorante (Sunday, May 8)
From 4 to 10 p.m., savor the true flavors of Italy with a four-course rustic Tuscan menu that includes your choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Italia in Bocca (April, May & June)
This spring, embark upon a culinary journey of Italy at one of the Top 50 Italian restaurants in the U.S. In April, we begin in Northern Italy to taste the flavors of Lombardia and Piemonte. In May, we’ll take your palate to Venezia on the eastern Adriatic coast. During the month of June, your taste buds will travel to Bologna (known as the belly button of Italy), Parma and Firenze. Reserve a private cabana for a special Chef’s selection three-course prix fixe dinner menu for up to four guests. This option is available only after 6 p.m. daily and reservations are required 24 hours in advance. ($100 for cabana rental, plus cost of the meal)
Add a specialty package to your evening cabana dining with the Evening Romance option, including sparkling Prosecco and gold-dabbled chocolate-dipped strawberries made by our pastry chef ($75).
