Guests and locals alike delight in seasonal Epicurean Experiences this fall at The Resort at Pelican Hill® in Southern California. In October, the top-rated Resort introduces a new Family Pumpkin Harvest and features a White Truffle Menu at signature restaurant Andrea. November brings the Resort’s second annual Festa dell’Autunno celebration and the return of the Pelican Hill Culinary Academy, led by the Resort’s passionate, discerning chefs.
“My philosophy of food is very simple: you get the best ingredients, you cook them the right way, and you serve them the right way,” said Pelican Hill Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Dubray. “I am so fortunate at Pelican Hill to get local produce from the Irvine Ranch® and this is how we do the specials of the Resort on a weekly basis.”
During seasonal cooking classes held in a gourmet Villa kitchen, Chef Dubray and other accomplished Resort chefs share their tips and techniques with guests from near and far. From the Resort’s Culinary Academy to its four restaurants, seasonally driven menus feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Irvine Ranch, located just eight miles from Pelican Hill.
This fall season, the following Epicurean Experiences will be available at Pelican Hill:
