The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will once again be making an appearance at the Irvine Spectrum Center on Saturday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The super cute cafe on wheels made its official debut at Hello Kitty Con in October 2014 and has been rolling up to festivals and events throughout California ever since, spreading Sanrio’s message of happiness, friendship and fun while offering goodies to Hello Kitty fans of all ages. Last year, hundreds queued up at Irvine Spectrum Center to purchase Hello Kitty-themed baked treats and confections.
“Everyone loves Hello Kitty and we’re excited to bring back such an iconic character and event for fans of all ages,” said Easther Liu, Chief Marketing Officer for Irvine Company Retail Properties.
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is the first of its kind food service venture for Sanrio. Originally launched to celebrate her 40th Anniversary, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is a mobile vehicle of cuteness that offers fresh pastries, macarons, delicious mini cakes, doughnuts and other super cute goodies, each infused with unique Hello Kitty details for all to enjoy. Fans can follow the truck on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter to stay updated about upcoming appearances and find these adorable Hello Kitty treats.
