The Irvine Company Announces That GE Capital Corporation Will More Than Double Its Irvine Office Space

The Irvine Company announced today that GE Capital Solutions, a financial services unit of GE, will more than double its office space at Jamboree Center in Irvine.

The company has renewed 23,000 sq. ft. at 4 Park Plaza and plans to add an additional 28,000 sq. ft. in July when it moves from an Anaheim location, officials said.

“We are thrilled to renew a long-term tenant like GE Capital Corporation and to be able to accommodate them as they expand in Irvine,” said Val Wheeler, President, The Irvine Company Office Properties.

GE Capital Solutions was represented by Travis Boyd, Rick Sherburne and Alex Hayden with Cushman & Wakefield.
