The Irvine Company has broken ground on Orchard Hills Village Center, a neighborhood center offering convenient shopping and dining for North Irvine. The 125,000 sq. ft. retail center will open in early summer, 2007.
Orchard Hills Village Center will have a casual, rustic elegance reminiscent of Tuscany. Located at Portola Parkway and Culver Drive, the center will be anchored by Pavilions and CVS/pharmacy, with a drive-through for convenient pick up of prescriptions.
Orchard Hills Village Center will also feature the third location of Zov’s Café, Bakery & Bar, a modified version of the popular Tustin bistro, featuring a Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner menu in a family-friendly casual atmosphere. Chef and Owner Zov Karamardian was recently named Restaurateur of the Year by the Orange County Chapter of The California Restaurant Association.

Orchard Hills Village Center will feature a variety of trees that will enhance the center’s atmosphere, including tristanias, Italian cypresses, pepper trees, olive trees and eucalyptus windrows.
