IRVINE, Calif., July 29, 2014 — Homebuyers continue to purchase new homes across the Villages of Irvine at a pace unmatched in the Western United States. For the third consecutive year, the Villages of Irvine – built by the Irvine Company’s Community Development Company – was named the Top-Selling Master Planned Community in the Western United States by the Robert Charles Lesser Company in their 2014 Mid-Year Update.

The large volume of new home sales – 664 – in the first six months of 2014 across the Villages of Irvine marked the highest number in the Western United States, according to The Top-Selling Master Planned Communities Mid-Year 2014 Update by Robert Charles Lesser and Company (RCLCO).
