The Market Place is red hot with F21 RED’s arrival this fall

It’s back to cool in Tustin where the fast-fashion titan’s latest concept store, F21 RED, opens just in time for school shopping

Tustin, Calif. (May 15, 2017) — Forever 21, one of the most powerful fast-fashion retailers in the world, is accelerating its expansion of F21 RED with a 15,832 square-foot locale set to open at The Market Place in September.

“Forever 21 is hand-selecting key markets for F21 RED, and we are pleased to be on their top-tier roster,” said Dave Moore, president of Irvine Company Retail Properties. “As a regional lifestyle shopping center catering to families, approachable price points are of the utmost importance.”

F21 RED launched in 2014 as a family-centric store stocked with fashion staples from Forever 21 and its sub-brands: Forever 21 Men, Forever 21 Plus and Forever 21 Kids.

Entry-level price points include $7.90 denim, $5.90 tank tops, $3.90 t-shirts and $1.90 camisoles. Headquartered in LA, Forever 21 is the fifth largest specialty retailer in the United States with plans to bring more than 70 F21 Red locations by year-end.

F21 will be located between Party City and Nordstrom Rack at The Market Place.
