IRVINE, Calif. (July 27, 2016) — Homebuyers purchased 989 new homes across the Villages of Irvine® in the first half of 2016, a sales pace unmatched in the United States, according to a just-released Robert Charles Lesser and Company (RCLCO) annual mid-year report.
The popularity of the new homes earned the Villages of Irvine – built by Irvine Company’s Community Development Company – the number one ranking in the 2016 “Top-Selling Master-Planned Community in the United States” survey by RCLCO. In addition to being the top-selling master-planned community in the country for the first time, it marks the fifth consecutive year that the Villages of Irvine has been the top-selling master-planned community in the Western United States at mid-year.
