Greenwave Systems signs full-floor lease at 200 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine Spectrum

IRVINE, Calif. (May 9, 2016) — Irvine Company announced today that global Internet of Things and M2M services platform company Greenwave Systems (www.greenwavesystems.com) has signed a full-floor lease at the new 21-story vertical campus at 200 Spectrum Center Drive. The 22,150-square-foot lease for the 15th floor adds to Irvine Spectrum’s growing reputation as a Southern California hub of innovation.

This new lease will bring occupancy at 200 Spectrum Center Drive to nearly 60%.
