IRVINE, Calif. (May 29, 2018) – Irvine Company Office Properties announced today that creative workspace provider, Spaces, and staffing solutions company, KORE1, have leased a combined 47,000 square feet at The Quad @ Discovery Business Center.
Spaces, a global pioneer in creative, co-working spaces, leased 41,000 square feet at 530 Technology Drive and will take building-top signage when it moves in the summer of 2018.
KORE1, an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company and leading provider of staffing solutions, signed a 6,000-square-foot lease, also at 530 Technology Drive.

The activity brings the new campus to 65% pre-leased.
In October, the company pre-leased 185,000 square feet – half of the 370,000 square-foot new campus – to medical device manufacturer Vyaire Medical Inc.
