IRVINE, Calif.—Homebuyers purchased new homes across the Villages of Irvine® in 2015 at a pace unmatched in the Western United States for the fourth consecutive year, according to the just-released Robert Charles Lesser and Company (RCLCO) annual report.
The popularity of the new homes earned the Villages of Irvine – built by Irvine Company’s Community Development Company – the 2015 ‘Top-Selling Master-Planned Community in the Western United States’ award from RCLCO.

The large volume of new home sales – 1,674 in 2015 – across the Villages of Irvine eclipsed 2014’s total of 1,414 and marked the largest number of new home sales in the region. No other new home community in Southern California ranked in the top 10 of the new report, and the Villages of Irvine are the only Orange County, CA new home master planned community to make the top-selling list.
