Villages of Irvine® named Top-Selling Master Planned Community in Western United States for fourth consecutive year

Highest number of new home sales in region due to “decades of thoughtful planning” on the Irvine Ranch

IRVINE, Calif.—Homebuyers purchased new homes across the Villages of Irvine® in 2015 at a pace unmatched in the Western United States for the fourth consecutive year, according to the just-released Robert Charles Lesser and Company (RCLCO) annual report.  

The popularity of the new homes earned the Villages of Irvine – built by Irvine Company’s Community Development Company – the 2015 ‘Top-Selling Master-Planned Community in the Western United States’ award from RCLCO.  

“Homebuyers continue to make the Villages of Irvine the ‘Top-Selling Master-Planned Community in the West’ because they appreciate the unparalleled quality of life enjoyed from decades of thoughtful planning,” said Tom Veal, vice president of Residential Sales and Marketing for Irvine Company Community Development.  

The large volume of new home sales – 1,674 in 2015 – across the Villages of Irvine eclipsed 2014’s total of 1,414 and marked the largest number of new home sales in the region.  No other new home community in Southern California ranked in the top 10 of the new report, and the Villages of Irvine are the only Orange County, CA new home master planned community to make the top-selling list.

New home shoppers can find many opportunities across the Villages of Irvine.

Interest lists are forming now for new neighborhoods debuting in early 2016 at Irvine’s newest village, Eastwood Village, and at Portola Springs Village.
